It's only $20 a month and it allows us to do training and regular bookkeeping work on your system from another location.

I don't use an accounting program, so how would you keep my books?

Of course we can! All services are independent and can be requested individually or as a group. For example, a service package can consist of just a monthly account reconciliation or it can be weekly visits to post payments received, generate customer statements and collections. Whatever your needs are, there is a combination of services that is ideal for you.

Most companies use employee leasing programs to take advantage of their Worker's Comp coverage. You would be surprised to know how many people do this. It's unfortunate, but sometimes necessary. The best way to track these funds is to create an account called "Due to/from -companyname-" By coding the funds in & out to this account you will be able to see how much is owed to each company
